Try Tapas while on Holiday in Spain

Often, while on HOLIDAY IN SPAIN, you hear the word “tapa” there. I'll try and explain where the term originates and a little about what it consists of. There are many different stories about the origin and who is here to say which is the true story but whichever way you look at it “tapas” literally means “top”. Many people think that it came from King Alfonso X who was a very popular monarch at the time. If you are ever in Granada, tapas are often served freely with drinks however the best selection and choice is really in the Costa Blanca region of Spain.
